Elegant white sleeveless y2k coctail dress with black floral embroidery and a black tulle hem. Size M, best fits S. Zipper on the side.

The dress has small belt loops in case you want to add a belt (no belt comes with). In imeccable vintage condition, except due to the delicate nature of the fabric, the threads can be out in a couple of places (see the photo).

Runs slightly below the knee.
