Simplicity dress

New charming floral dress with the price tag still attached. Size M, underarm-to-underarm approx. 50 cm and length approx. 130 cm. Fits true to size in my opinion. The dress has pockets and a fabric tie at the waist that makes it fit well. Unfortunately too small for me at the bust. The fabric does not stretch. Bought at full price but stayed in the wardrobe and now does not fit.
