Miss Selfridge blouse

Bought from here, a completely lovely blouse, tags still attached and only tried on, unfortunately found to be too small for me. Tag size 42, but I think it corresponds to a smaller, about size M (or maybe also size L if not particularly busty/broad-shouldered)? Armpit-to-armpit measurement about 47 cm, the material practically does not stretch. Color in real life leans warmer nude than in the pictures.
