Darling skirt

Size L. Many pleats, zipper at the back and pockets at the sides. Under the outer fabric another fabric, both cotton. For me it falls below the navel, it works quite okay like that, but the hem falls to a slightly odd place, i.e. it may be better if worn higher. I can measure.
