Vintage skirt, handmade

A skirt my aunt once sewed for her mother. Lovely shiny, sturdy fabric. No stretch. Fastens at the front alternately with hooks and snaps. Missing roughly the counterpart for one hook in the middle, not visible or affecting use and you can always sew a new one in its place. The fabric has a striped pattern visible in photo 3, which also shows the missing hook. Size XXS - small XS.
