Padding detached from the outer zipper; it does not affect use or show, as the zipper turns slightly inward.
The strap is in excellent condition!
Normal signs of use and wear; I have not tried to clean, for example, the bottom.
The bag fits at least an 11” laptop (I used it as a school bag).
