McDonald’s 2007 Shrek 3: Prince Charming figure

For sale in condition as shown in the pictures, a McDonald’s character that has seen many plays.

The toy is from the early 2000s.

No information whether it works; I tested (possibly) the internal battery and there was no reaction. I did not open the toy to check if there is a battery inside or what condition it is in. The toy comes from my childhood, so any battery possibly inside is certainly in need of replacement.
