Trousers

Black suit trousers or maybe tailcoat trousers, waist width 38 cm, inner leg length 77 cm. The trousers have been taken in at the waist by about a couple of centimetres by stitching the seams slightly inward; someone skilled in sewing can, if necessary, move the seam back, which will add a couple of centimetres to the waist :)
