Vintage Gucci belt

This is a very old retro Gucci belt. The buckle is in great condition. The center part of the buckle is a replaceable logo, and the buckle itself is also replaceable. Inside the buckle the text "Italy Made" is engraved, as seen in the pictures. The buckle may be gold plated, but I am not sure of its materials! The belt leather itself is in good condition, but the hand-stitched seams are fraying. The leather has a few flaws/marks, all shown in the pictures. The leather is high quality, but I am not sure if it is exotic leather (e.g. lizard) or something else. I am not an expert, but it looks like that.
